Bishop Darrell V. Hepburn is the senior pastor of the Blue Heron Church of God located in Riviera Beach FL. Blue Heron Church of God is a vibrant, spirit filled body of believers. At a young age, Pastor Hepburn recognized the call of God on his life, which initially manifested through his gift of music. His anointing, and fortitude has propelled him to be known abroad as a “Master musician.” In addition to his musical talents, this powerful messenger is an outstanding preacher and teacher of the unadulterated word of God.

Bishop Hepburn’s emergence into pastoral ministry occurred in 2002 when he received a mandate from the lord and the mantle was passed from his father Bishop Elkanah Hepburn. He obediently accepted his assignment to lead God’s people and fulfil his calling as pastor. 

​Bishop has a passion for God and his people. One of his many goals is to empower believers to exercise their faith and to know that ALL things are possible through Jesus Christ.

Throughout the years, he has ushered many into their purpose and destiny. He is used by GOD to revitalize praise, minister knowledge, mentor, and communicate a word of wisdom to our generation. Bishop Darrell is a true man of faith who had committed his life to reaching the lost in changing times. He shares his life with his beautiful wife Lady Sharon and their two gifts De’Ondre and De’Nia. Bishop Hepburn holds a Business Administration Degree from Lee University and a Master’s Degree in Education from Nova Southeastern University.  He is an ordained Bishop in the Church of God, Cleveland, Tennessee.

Lady Shay Helpburn


Lady Sharon or “Lady Shay” as she is affectionately called is a dynamic vessel of God. She is poised, passionate, graceful, and exudes elegance. Her purpose is simple and that is to serve God and his people. Lady Hepburn cherishes the role God exemplifies in her life and empowers women daily to L. I. F. T (Live, Inspire, have Faith and Trust in God). She willingly engages every individual at all levels and never considers it a burden to share words of wisdom. 


 She serves as Executive Director of the “Women of Distinction.” Women who are uniquely different but unifies in covenant relationships through the word of God. We are honored to have this precious jewel as our elect lady.


Lady Hepburn holds a Bachelor Degree in Elementary education from Florida Atlantic University and a Master’s Degree in Education from Nova Southeastern University. Throughout the years, she has received numerous awards for her work in education.

She shares her life with her handsome husband Bishop Darrell Hepburn and her fantastic children De’Ondre and De’Nia.
